We offer a variety of Nigiri and Sashimi style sushi as well as everyone’s favorite sushi rolls and temaki hand rolls. About the Chef
Miso Phat Sushi Lahaina has been a family owned and operated restaurant since 2013. Executive Sushi Chef, Edwin Romero-Cortes, has been with Miso Phat Lahaina since 2017 and became the new owner in October 2024. With over 20 years of experience as a sushi chef on Maui, Edwin continues the tradition of a family operated restaurant, making the freshest sushi on the island! When Edwin is not busy serving up your favorite sushi, he’s enjoying time spent with his wife and 3 beautiful girls.
