Featured on celebrity chef and host Guy Fieri’s ‘Diners, Drive-In’s and Dives’ on the Food Network, Miso Phat Sushi Lahaina has been serving up the freshest sushi in West Maui for over 10 years. We offer a variety of Nigiri and Sashimi style sushi as well as everyone’s favorite sushi rolls and temaki hand rolls. Our specialty rolls are guaranteed ‘ono kine grinds’ and our combo platters are perfect for get togethers with friends and family. Meet the Owner
Shawn Steadman created Miso Phat Sushi in 2013, with his main goal being to serve the freshest catch on the entire west side of Maui, and to have fun doing it!
Shiso Phat
Shiso Phat is our boat providing daily fresh fish and other ocean specialties to our restaurants. Shiso Phat is a 25-foot Farrallon inboard diesel made for high rough seas. Shiso Phat has been known to catch 14 species of fish including spiny lobsters in one day! Shiso Phat is dedicated to serving Miso Phat Sushi Lahaina so please enjoy our daily fish specials.
